Soak the inner case in water for 7-9 minutes, distributing the crystals evenly throughout the tubes.

Wrap the case with a towel or kitchen towel to remove excess water.

Once dry, insert the inner case into the outer case.

Insert the insulin pens inside both cases.

Reuse it. When you notice that it is running out of water, usually between 4 and 8 days depending on the weather outside, submerge it in water again. This time, for a shorter period until it is swollen enough. Then enjoy it again!

Tips

  • Avoid excessive immersion: do not leave it in the water until it becomes overly swollen. If this happens, the gel may overflow. The cooler will continue to function as long as it retains most of the gel.

  • Limit sun exposure: Do not expose the case to direct sunlight for long periods.

  • Periodic checks: Check the case regularly to ensure it stays adequately hydrated.

  • Proper storage: store the case in a cool, dry place when not in use.

  • Cleaning the outer case: Simply wipe it with a damp cloth and let it dry. The wallet should not be put in the washing machine or dryer.
